The Solution

War against terror is eminent.
Some believe in killing others satisfies their god,
Others believe in killing others gives them self-satisfaction.
No human value or a purpose to live.
No understanding of solving conflict with talk.
Do we have a choice but to declare war?

War is Peace!
Love is War!
These are the signs that we put up,
Have we been on the battlefront?
How many more people must die?
Is War the way, the truth, and the life?

Is there a power much stronger than this?
That can bring the forces of good and evil or evil and good back together,
As one of a joined nation
To start a new beginning in our inner courts…

The Voice

Oppression shall not be the solution
Libya, Syria, Egypt, Bahrain
The Middle East have voiced their aggression

They’re struggling to come out of starvation
Their courage and manhood have shown in pain
Oppression shall not be the solution

They were on the good side of depression
They were like a mad man that lost his brain
The Middle East have voiced their aggression

Their message is shown in demonstration
Their struggle, effort and voice were in vain
Oppression shall not be the solution

They became as one of a lost nation
All their tears and their blood were in disdain
The Middle East have voiced their aggression

The country is in taste of redemption
Wishing freedom going through the air lane
Oppression shall not be the solution
The Middle East have voiced their aggression

Altercation

Walking down the street, waiting for my friend.
I heard his voice and I knew he arrived.
He took me to a bar and offered me a drink.
After I took a sip I started to sing.

“Give me another shot, Mr. Bartender
Before u see me throw up, in that corner.”

I say to this guy whose staring at me,
“What do you want, is it to fight with me?”
I grabbed the pool stick n swung at his head.
“Ow!” he said loudly holding his forehead.

He came towards me with an angry manner.
Grabbing a bottle to express his anger.
We go at it like two roosters in a cage.
Ready to show strength like Ali on the stage.

I told him to fight me with his fists like a man.
“Demonstrate your courage like my man Jackie Chan.”
I rise up to the challenge n punch him on the nose.
He fell on the ground like a fool with a pose.

“Give me another shot, Mr. Bartender
Before u see me throw up, in that corner.”
